6 Supernatural Powers of Buddha

Its main 6 Supernatural Powers (Chal-abhiñña) are:

1.  Iddhi-Vidha (Magical Powers): They can walk on water without sinking, float in air, pass through mountains without obstruction, appear and disappear.

2.  Dibba-Sota (Divine Ear): They can hear sounds both far and near, heavenly and human.

3.  Dibba-Cakkhu (Divine Eye): They can see through their divine eye, how all beings are re-born according to their deeds (Kamma).

4.  Parassa Ceto Pariya ñāna: They know the minds of other beings by penetrating into them with their own mind.

5.  Pubbe Nivāsānussati: They can remember the manifold former existences (One Lakh births), many formations and dissolutions of worlds. 

6.  Āsavakkhaya: They can cleanse the impurities of the mind through self understanding and realisation.
